JoJo + CoCo Crate Club Policy


Let’s make this simple! We don’t want to weigh you down with a bunch of legal mumble-jumble. So, here are some basic terms that will make your experience easy and will help us meet all of your expectations!


Membership Fee’s and Commitments:

There are none.


Return Policy + Shipping: 

You may return any item from your Crate Club delivery within three (3) days after it is delivered. For free returns, any items must be returned using the pre-paid return label and box provided by JoJo + CoCo Crate Club, and items must be unworn (other than “tried-on”), in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging. Members will not be charged fees for shipping or return shipping.



It’s easy to exchange an item for another size. Simply check the “Exchange this item” on your return form with your desired size and we will ship it to you once we receive the original size shipped.


JoJo + CoCo Gift Cards:

Yes, you can! JoJo + CoCo Gift Cards and e-gift cards can be used with the Crate Club service.


Credit Card Charges:

After we receive your returned Crate, we’ll charge you for any items you kept. If you want to keep everything, just let us know, and we’ll charge you for the entire Crate Club with a 20% discount on your entire purchase! Whoop Whoop!


Why We Need Your Credit Card:

We require a valid credit card on file in order to ship you merchandise. That said, you won’t be charged until you notify us you want to keep everything or until items of your crate are returned.

Will I Be Charged If I Return Everything in My Crate?

Absolutely NOT! You will not be charged for clothing returned as long as it’s in its original, unworn condition with tags still on.

Do I have to buy the entire Crate? 

Nope! You only pay for what you keep, and you won’t be charged until we receive your returns. 

How do I return my Crate? 

Simply place all your unwanted items in your Crate and use our pre-paid return shipping label to return your items!
