We all know 2020 has definitely been a challenge for everyone. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, we’ve have had to makes several shifts in our day-to-day lives. As a small business, JoJo + CoCo has had to do the same as well. During the earliest stages of the pandemic, the fashion industry had been negatively impacted by on every imaginable level; production of clothing was ceased, retailers had to close their stores and the demand had plummeted.
When JoJo + CoCo made the difficult decision to close their doors for three months we knew we had to take the opportunity to really understand the future of retail and small businesses. At the time of our closer we had been in business for three years. In those three years, we opened a second location, and maintained two thriving locations. Today, we have re-opened one store at a new location and are focusing on our second location Ridgefield, Washington.
Our focus is to use the foundation we have and build off of that. We believe its our customer service and established relationships that continue to strengthen our business. Our focus, building a brand that represents quality products, reasonable pricing, brands that focus on ethical manufacturing, personal styling and concierge services. Our made to order custom gift boxes have already been a huge success.
