RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing JoJo + CoCo as your shopping destination. Our philosophy is simple: “Don’t buy it unless you love it!” We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. As a small business, we strive to minimize returns to maintain the best possible experience for all our customers. Therefore, we have updated our RETURN POLICY as follows: Returns within 7 Days: You may return merchandise up to 7 days after purchase for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns between 8 and 14 Days: Items returned between 8 and 14 days will be issued a gift card. No Returns after 14 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days. Buying a gift for someone? If it doesn’t work out, no worries! Gifts can be exchanged or applied to a Gift Card, at the recipient’s choice. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn.
