RETURN POLICY

JOJO + COCO RETURN POLICY

All returns are refunded only within 10 days of the delivery date. 

In order for items to be eligible for a return, any items must be returned to our facility within 10 days of the delivery. 

Please note the following items purchased online are non-returnable: 

  • Any item(s) postmarked past 10 days of delivery date
  • Any item(s) marked FINAL SALE or purchased on SALE/DISCOUNT
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains 
  • ALL swimwear is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for store credit or exchange
  • Intimates, bodysuits, underwear, hair accessories and beauty products are FINAL SALE
  • Any SETS that are purchased MUST be returned as a set. If only ONE piece of the set is returned, you will NOT receive store credit.
  • ALL hats are FINAL SALE 
  • ALL jewelry is FINAL SALE 
  • ALL candles are FINAL SALE

If any of the above items are sent back to us, we are unable to issue store credit, grant an exchange or return the items back to you. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days at JOJOANDCOCO11@GMAIL.COM. Please include photos of the item's damage. 

Online Return Policy

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers have 10 days from the day their package is delivered to make a return.
  • Customer is responsible for return charges.
  • Please send returns to: JoJo + CoCo 1257 Commerce Ave. Longview, Wa 98632
  • Place the packing slip in the return package, and if you lost that, please place a note in the package with your first and last name, order#, phone# and why you are returning it. 
  • Refunds are issued back to original method of payment.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. Tags must be attached.
  • Items returned stained or scented will be sent back to you and not accepted for a return.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has been processed to see return in your bank account as it varies depending on financial institution.
